- Paper submissions should be in MS-Word/PDF.
- Papers submitted to ICUIS 2025 should be original and not published or submitted to any other conference/journal.
- Papers must be clearly presented in English language.
- Submissions which are simultaneously submitted to this conference and other events or publication venues as well as submissions that do not utilize the correct formatting template may not be accepted.
- Submissions will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation.

All accepted papers submitted for publication will be checked with anti-plagiarism software to check the overlapping/similarity index of the content with already published material. The papers with high overlapping index will be rejected strightaway. All other submissions will be sent for double blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to the conference’s topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. Submissions failing to comply with paper formatting and authors anonymity will be rejected without reviews.
The notification will be emailed to the author based on the reviewers’ feedback. The Notification will be e-mailed to authors under any of the three categories

The authors should abide to the guidelines mentioned below before submitting the paper, if any dispute arises during peer review or after acceptance and publication and if authors are unable to give a valid explanation, ICUIS retains the right to remove a submission from the editing process.
- Plagiarism, image manipulation, and data fabrication are not tolerated.
- Plagiarism includes copying research ideas, text, images, or data from another source/research literature, even from the author’s own publications without giving any credit to the original source.
- Text copied from another source must be reused within quotations, and the original source must be referenced. If the design of a research, or the structure or language of the publication, was inspired by previous research, the corresponding works must be explicitly cited.
- If plagiarism is detected during the peer review process, the manuscript will be rejected. If plagiarism is detected after publication, we will retract the paper.
Registration Guidelines
Authors who have cleared the peer review process, final step is the registration for presentation during the conference. Only accepted and presented papers will be sent for publication.
To register for ICUIS 2025 follow the following steps:
- Rename your paper as the paper ID sent in the official acceptance letter. The list of authors at the time of submission is final and cannot be changed.
- Keep the source file ready to be submitted via Email.
- In case, the paper is drafted using Latex, archive the source files including picture, .tex, .bib and other associated files as a single zip.
- If MS Word is used then the same can be submitted via Email.
- Furnish the information asked, such as, Paper Title, Authors' Names, and corresponding author signature
- Pay the registration fee through the payment gateways mentioned below
- Preserve a screenshot of the payment and the transaction ID.
- Participants must register before the deadline mentioned on the conference homepage.

- When submitting the research article, authors should ensure that the research work is novel and has not previously been published, as well as that it is not currently being considered for publication in any other conferences/journals.
- Conference papers should contribute significantly to research by either proposing a novel approach or conducting a thorough investigation and unique comparison of existing research material.
- The conference articles will go through the standard peer-review process with experienced and qualified reviewers from the reputed institutions.
- Each article will be recommended if at least two out of three reviewers agree.
- Plagiarism should be less than15% and Single source should less than 5% is required for the Submission Process.
- Plagiarism can have serious legal and ethical implications for the proposed author.
- The use of existing/published author's language, including their research flow/process, data, results/phrasing, and phrasing without citation of the source research, will be deemed unacceptable and retractable from the conference.
